Join us for an in-person care partner support group at Timberline Church in Fort Collins. Loved ones living with dementia are welcome to come and join a separate group with Andrea, Meghan, and Robin while care partners will be with Cyndy.

Right now, we are planning on meeting outside near the WEST entrance.
