Dementia Together's Annual Fundraiser
Join us for the Joy on the Journey community fundraising event as we celebrate 10 years of impact!
Your attendance and financial support will promote awareness to spread the positive impact of Dementia Together, inspire hope in those currently navigating the dementia journey, and contribute to the sustainability and growth of the Education, Enrichment, and Hope we provide. Together, we’re changing the dementia narrative from crisis and tragedy to contentment and hope.

Our annual Joy on the Journey community fundraising event will be filled with inspiration, celebration, and support for individuals, families, and professionals, impacted by dementia. In honor of our Good Ol’ Days theme, we’ll reflect on a decade of impact and share how, together, we’re transforming dementia care from crisis to contentment.
