Dementia Together's Annual Fundraiser

Join us for the Joy on the Journey community fundraising event as we celebrate 10 years of impact!
 
Your attendance and financial support will promote awareness to spread the positive impact of Dementia Together, inspire hope in those currently navigating the dementia journey, and contribute to the sustainability and growth of the EducationEnrichment, and Hope we provide. Together, we’re changing the dementia narrative from crisis and tragedy to contentment and hope.

Our annual Joy on the Journey community fundraising event will be filled with inspiration, celebration, and support for individuals, families, and professionals, impacted by dementia. In honor of our Good Ol’ Days theme, we’ll reflect on a decade of impact and share how, together, we’re transforming dementia care from crisis to contentment.

Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Program starts at 6:30 PM)
Where: The Ranch Events Complex, Pederson Toyota Center, Loveland, CO

🎤 Lori La Bey, international advocate and founder of Alzheimer’s Speaks
 
*Ticket Purchase and Tax Deductibility:
The cost of your ticket to the Joy on the Journey fundraiser is not tax deductible as it covers goods and services provided during the event. However, if you choose to make an additional donation beyond the ticket cost, that contribution is fully tax deductible and will directly support the mission of Dementia Together, bringing hope and connection to people living with dementia and their care partners.
