Funding Hope Together

100%

The Dementia Together Annual Fundraiser

Thank you for joining us for 2026 Joy on the Journey Annual Fundraising event as we celebrated the power of stories. Stories that shape us, connect us, and change the world for a greater good.

Your attendance and financial support help write a new story for families navigating dementia, one filled with hope, connection, laughter, and joy. Together, we are spreading awareness of the Dementia Together Education, Enrichment, and Hope programs and changing the dementia narrative from crisis and tragedy to contentment and hope.
