Senior Care and Healthcare Professionals

Partnering with our Community

We are here to help train and support staff at long term care senior living communities, home care agencies, hospice and palliative care organizations. Dementia Together is committed to helping businesses invest in their staff so they are well-equipped to provide excellence in person-centered/relationship-based dementia care.

This education enables the staff to better help their clients and residents LIVE WELL with purpose, dignity, contentment, and joy, as well as helping staff with self-care.

Virtual Education Platform

Dementia Together offers 2.5 hour or 4 hour trainings in compliance with the State of Colorado's training requirements (SB 22-079) for care providers in assisted living and nursing facilities.

Patient Resource Folder

Medical providers shared, “It’s difficult to give a dementia-related diagnosis when there’s really “no hope” we can offer.” Our Patient Resource Folders include simple (NOT an OVERWHELMING) amount of information for medical providers to offer their patients who are being evaluated for cognitive decline or are living with dementia-related diagnoses.

*Dementia Together Coach who teaches our Introduction to SPECAL in Spanish

"I have been a nurse for 30 years and thought I knew a thing or two about dementia care. I knew very little... I'm just blown away... my heart was so touched by the time and effort spent to advocate for our patients... so glad to know about all the resources available too!"
