Caring for someone living with dementia?

We are here to help you

Dementia Together is here for you and has tools available to you at no charge to transform dementia care from tragedy and crisis to contentment and hope.

The strategies taught are simple yet counterintuitive and they work. 98% of care partners who have implemented even just one of the strategies report feeling empowered and more confident in promoting well-being for loved ones in their care.

This introductory class is designed specifically for family and friend care partners of loved ones living with dementia. Learn simple tools and helpful strategies that build confidence, decrease anxiety, and promote lifelong well-being.
