Timberline Church, Fort Collins

"Life-changing" Dementia Education

Discover simple and positive strategies to create well-being for those walking the dementia journey and their care partners. This event is designed for care partners to gain practical tools for daily care and crisis prevention through an introductory course and three break-out sessions.

Create Connections

Discover that you are not alone. Connect with other care partners, hear their stories, and learn about local community organizations and resources available for families walking the dementia journey.

Lunch will not be served, however light snacks will be provided throughout the day in every session.

Complimentary on-site respite care will be provided by Elderhaus for loved ones living with dementia during the event (limited space is available, register early).

Become a Sponsor

With a current world view of dementia as crisis and tragedy, Dementia Together is working to change that narrative to contentment and hope. Become a part of our mission by sponsoring our educational symposium.

The Dementia Together Living Well With Dementia educational symposium provides a full day of education, resources, connection, and hope to family care partners navigating the dementia journey.
