06 Mar First Ever Dementia Friendly Cruise
If you and your family have ever wanted to TAKE A CRUISE together, this fall may be your time! We are going to join other friends and families across the country who are walking this dementia journey together. We will cruise to the Bahamas November 11-18, 2017. Ballpark high estimate cost including tips ($25/day on average per couple) approximately $1500 per person from Fort Lauderdale, FL. (actual lowest price for cabin of 2 is $1339per person, and with a third person, $1099 for that 3rd person=$1259 per person in cabin for 3 if booked by the end of March.)
I’m hoping to receive some donations to help reduce the cost for participants, so you can contact me about that if you are interested in giving to that fund or receiving financial assistance from that fund. People can donate to that fund and receive a tax deduction: Dementia-Friendly Communities of Northern Colorado—designate “CRUISE ASSISTANCE” on the memo line. 100% of the donations will be given to families who are going on the cruise and need help to help defray their costs.
