On the 3rd Monday (sometimes Tuesday) of each month, Dementia Together partners with and purchases meals from a local Northern Colorado restaurant. Gracious volunteers then help deliver meals to the homes of our participants, free of charge to participants. In 2022, we delivered a total of 1,078 meals at no cost to our participants.
