Join us for Joy on the Journey, the first annual community-wide intergenerational memory café, with the theme: “Happy Trails,” featuring Mountain City Music, a Colorado singer/songwriter duo with more than 5 million streams on Spotify, Apple Music, etc.  They will be debuting their soon-to-be released “Sweet Norma Jean” about the lead singer’s grandma, living with dementia, who is a Roy Rogers fan.

This trailblazer event for Dementia-Friendly Communities of Northern Colorado is limited to 250 participants and registration is required.  Because of the educational and awareness features of this event, there is no charge for tickets (donations will be accepted, but are not required, upon registration and at the door).
