“The First Annual community wide inter-generational memory cafe and concert was recently held at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, and hosted by DementiaFriendly Communities of No. Co. The affair high-lighted how the organization leverages and provides life enrichment opportunities, care partner support, education and various resources in Northern Colorado. And, the overall focal point was & is ‘no one has to walk the dementia journey alone.’ Opportunities to help fund the overall effort were available.”
