Life Enrichment Opportunities

1st Tuesday Afternoons: This social group meets at the Fort Collins Old Town Library. Life enrichment opportunities for people living with dementia and their care partners.

Okay Chorale: 1st and 3rd Thursday 3-4pm First United Methodist Church, 1005 Stover St, Fort Collins.  Join us for this fun, casual singing group for people living with memory loss and their loved ones. No singing experience required.

Visiting Kittens: Fort Collins Cat Rescue dementia trained staff bring in kittens to share with the memory café residents and staff, creating meaningful moments of affection and connection. Bimonthly kitten visitation takes place 1-3 pm at Collinwood Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Catalyst for Innovative Partnerships

Riding in the Moment (CIP-Catalyst for Innovative Partnerships): Hearts and Horses partnership with 7 Lakes Memory Care to provide moments of connection with horses and people.
